TrustSync app can help you collect Facebook reviews from your Shopify customers to boost your business reputation. Using this Shopify app, you can easily send review request emails to your customers without any hassle.
Note: To collect review link for Facebook reviews, you need to have a Facebook page.
Step 1: Find Your Facebook Page
First, go to Facebook and search for your page. Once it appears on the search, click on your page name.
Step 2: Collect Facebook Review Link
Now, click on the ‘Reviews’ button which will take you to another page where anybody can leave a review for this page.
Now, copy the page URL from your browser. This link will be needed to send review request emails.
Step 3: Add Facebook Review Link In TrustSync
From your TrustSync dashboard, navigate to the ‘Review Settings’ tab. Afterward, click on the ‘Add review link’ button. Select the review link as ‘Facebook’ and paste the copied link before clicking the ‘Save changes’ button.
