How To Active Past Order Emails on TrustSync?

TrustSync app can help you collect reviews from your Shopify customers to boost your business authority. Using this Shopify app, you can easily send review request emails to your customers without any hassle. TrustSync lets you send emails to past orders placed before the app was installed, ensuring seamless customer experience sharing.

How To Active Past Order Emails On TrustSync?

We will now show you how to activate past order emails on the TrustSync app. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Activate The Past Order Feature

First, go to, ‘Email Settings’ and click on, the ‘active’ button to enable the feature on your store and catch up with the emails onward.

Step 2: Send Up The Review Emails

Now, click on ‘TrustSync’ to go back to the dashboard to see the past orders, email limits, and days. Once you have selected your preference, click on the ‘send a review request email’ button.

Note:  You can send emails for past orders within your subscription’s monthly email quota. For example, if your plan allows up to 50 emails each month but you have 50 emails available with 200 past orders, you can send 50 emails now and trigger the past orders again next month to continue sending additional past order emails as your quota renews.

If you need to send all 200 past order emails at once, you can upgrade your subscription plan to increase your email limit, allowing you to send all emails in a single batch.
