How To Add Review Links In TrustSync?
We will now show you how to add review links in TrustSync. Remember that every review platform is different. So, follow the documentation of the individual review platform. This will help you learn about the exact process of collecting the review link from a platform so that you can add it to TrustSync. In this documentation, we are using a Google Review link as an example.
Step 1: Search For Your Business In the Review Platform
First, go to your review platform and search for your business page. Here, we have typed in and searched for ‘london bridge’ on Google. As you can see, the Google business page for London Bridge has appeared. In this case, click on the ‘Google reviews’ button.
Step 2: Collect The Review Link
Now, hit the ‘Write a review’ button which will open another popup window for you. From the next window, copy the page URL from your browser. Again, this step differs across various review platforms.
Step 3: Add The Review Link In TrustSync
From your TrustSync dashboard, navigate to the ‘ReviewSettings’ tab. Afterward, click on the ‘Add review link’ button. Select the review platform of the review link (Google in this case) and paste the copied link before clicking the ‘Save changes’ button.
