How To Remove TrustSync Credits In Email?
Once you have installed TrustSync on your Shopify store, the review collection emails that you send will have the ‘Powered by TrustSync’ credit written in them. If you are a free user and want to remove the TrustSync credits, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Navigate To The ‘Email Design’ Option
From your TrustSync dashboard, navigate to the ‘Email Settings’ tab. Then, click on the ‘Email Design’ button.
Step 2: Contact The Support Team
Click on the ‘Contact support’ button at the bottom of the email preview on the right side. You can then chat with the TrustSync support team to have the credits removed. Alternatively, you can click on the chat icon at the bottom right corner to start the conversation. You may also contact the support team here.
Note: If you are a premium user, the credits will be disabled by default and you do not have to contact the support team to remove them.
